معرفی

این وب‌سایت بستری نو برای معرفی، مدیریت و مستندسازی آثار چاپ دستی (Handmade Prints) عارف نیازی است. هر اثر همراه با هویت دیجیتال اختصاصی خود ثبت می‌شود و در طول زمان، تغییر مالکیت و یادداشت‌های مرتبط با آن به صورت مستمر ذخیره و نمایش داده خواهد شد. هدف اصلی این پلتفرم ایجاد پیوندی ماندگار میان اثر و زندگی دارندگان آن است.

ورود و ایجاد حساب کاربری دارندگان آثار

ویژه مالکان آثار (اولین ورود)

✦ ورود از طریق بخش «Login» انجام می‌شود.
✦ برای نخستین ورود، استفاده از کد و رمز عبور اختصاصی که همراه اثر است الزامی است.
✦ پس از اعتبارسنجی، دارنده اثر می‌تواند حساب کاربری شخصی ایجاد کند (نام کاربری و گذرواژه‌ی جدید).
✦ در مراجعات بعدی، ورود صرفاً با نام کاربری و گذرواژه‌ی جدید انجام خواهد شد.

داشبورد دارندگان آثار

پس از ورود به حساب کاربری، بخش‌های زیر در دسترس خواهد بود:

1. Your Artworks (آثار ثبت شده)
نمایش کلیه‌ی آثاری که کاربر در اختیار دارد یا به حساب خود افزوده است. در این بخش امکان مشاهده‌ی جزئیات هر اثر و ثبت یادداشت وجود دارد.

2. Your Notes (یادداشت‌ها)
فهرست کامل یادداشت‌هایی که توسط دارندگان برای آثار مختلف ثبت شده‌اند. امکان ویرایش یا حذف هر یادداشت نیز فراهم است.

3. Add Artwork (افزودن اثار)
امکان افزودن آثار جدید به حساب کاربری همراه با اطلاعات مربوطه (تصویر، توضیحات و مجموعه‌ی مرتبط).

4. Transfer Requests – This Box (درخواست‌های انتقال)
در صورت انتقال یک اثر به دارنده جدید، خریدار می‌تواند اثر را در حساب خود ثبت کند. برای تکمیل این فرآیند، تأیید دارنده فعلی در بخش Transfer Requests الزامی است. تنها پس از این تأیید، انتقال مالکیت به‌طور رسمی ثبت خواهد شد.

5. Edit Profile (ویرایش پروفایل)
مدیریت اطلاعات کاربری شامل تغییر نام نمایشی، رمز عبور و سایر جزئیات حساب کاربری.

یادداشت‌ها و تاریخچه‌ی اثر

✦ هر یادداشت به نام دارندگان در زمان نگارش ثبت می‌شود.
✦ در صورت انتقال اثر به دارنده جدید، یادداشت‌های پیشین محفوظ مانده و دارنده جدید امکان ثبت یادداشت‌های تازه خواهد داشت.
✦ تاریخچه‌ی کامل یادداشت‌ها به همراه نام نویسندگان در پلتفرم ذخیره می‌شود و قابل مشاهده است.

نکات امنیتی

✦ کد و رمز اختصاصی اثر همیشه برای نخستین ورود معتبر است و باید در شرایط ایمن نگهداری شود.
✦ توصیه می‌شود گذرواژه‌ی حساب کاربری پیچیده و منحصربه‌فرد انتخاب شود.
✦ فرآیند انتقال تنها با تأیید دارنده فعلی معتبر است.

User Guide (English)

Introduction

This platform provides a dedicated space for showcasing, managing, and documenting handmade prints of Aref Niazi. Each artwork is assigned a unique digital identity, preserving its ownership history and related notes throughout time. The purpose of the platform is to create a lasting connection between each piece and the lives of its successive owners.

Login and Account Creation

Owners (first-time login):

✦ Access is initiated via the Login section.
✦ The unique code and password accompanying the artwork must be used for the first login.
✦ After verification, the owner is prompted to create a personal account (username and password).
✦ For all subsequent logins, access is granted through the newly created credentials.

User Dashboard

Upon logging in, the following sections become available:

1. Your Artworks
Displays all artworks currently owned or registered by the user. Each artwork includes details and the option to add personal notes.

2. Your Notes
A complete list of notes authored by the user across different artworks, with options to edit or delete them.

3. Add Artwork
Allows users to register new artworks with relevant details such as image, description, and collection.

4. Transfer Requests – This Box
When an artwork is sold, the buyer may attempt to register it. The current owner receives a transfer request in this section. Ownership will only be updated after the current owner grants approval.

5. Edit Profile
Enables modification of profile information, including display name, password, and other account details.

Notes and Artwork History

✦ Each note is permanently linked to the owner's identity at the time of writing.
✦ When ownership is transferred, all previous notes remain intact, and the new owner may add new notes.
✦ Notes can be edited or deleted by their original author.

Security Guidelines

✦ The unique code and password that come with the artwork will always remain valid for registration and must be stored securely.
✦ A strong, unique password is recommended for personal accounts.
✦ Ownership transfers become effective solely upon approval by the current owner.
